The Hells Angels’ Nomads chapter in Quebec was once the most feared organized crime group in the province. Its founding members were selected from the gang’s Montreal and Trois Rivières chapters, in 1995, by Maurice (Mom) Boucher (a Hells Angel for eight years at that point) as part of a plan to wage war with anyone who opposed his goal to expand the gang’s drug-trafficking turf exponentially.
