The Senate Democrats released a scathing report on CIA interrogation techniques following the 9-11 attacks. The report claims the CIA lied to Congress and to President Bush about the extent of the interrogation methods, and assisted in the operation of secret prisons for terrorism suspects around the globe. Among the interrogation techniques discussed: waterboarding, sleep deprivation, sensory deprivation, sensory overloading, stress positions, sexual humiliation, threats against family members, and both rectal feeding and rectal hydration.
