Freed Gitmo terrorist pops up on most-wanted list

Ibrahim al-Rubaysh was released from Gitmo in 2006 and had poems he wrote about the experience published by Amnesty International. An al-Qaida operative released years ago from the military prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, has re-emerged as a terrorist leader to the extent that the U.S. government now offers a $5 million reward for information on his whereabouts.
