'Bond 24' Is Officially Titled 'Spectre,' Full Cast Announced (PHOTOS)
On Thursday morning, Sony held a splashy live-streamed press conference to announce the title and cast of "Bond 24." Director Sam Mendes revealed that the film will be called "Spectre," and features a sprawling line-up of stars. The title is a reference to a classic Bond villain supergroup SPECTRE, a.k.a. Special Executive for Counter-intelligence, Terrorism, Revenge and Extortion. Among the actors assumed to be joining the film's Spectre lineup include Christoph Waltz, who's playing Oberhauser; Dave Bautista ("Guardians of the Galaxy") as Mr. Hinx; and Andrew Scott, who's playing a character named Denbigh.
