New research shows employees of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) were among those celebrating Tuesday’s attack on a Jerusalem synagogue. Following the assault, when two Palestinians killed four rabbis and an officer in a shul, individuals in the West Bank and Gaza took to the streets to celebrate, singing and dancing and handing out sweets.
