Reports are that ISIS is still holding one American hostage , although they didn’t show this (or another) hostage as the next intended victim, as had been done previously. This has raised concerns about what their plans are for the 26-year-old. The American woman’s identity is known, but media is honoring her family’s request to not reveal it in order to help protect her. When she was kidnapped with other aid workers, she was working with children orphaned and separated from their families because of the Syrian war.
