Should Facebook bear any responsibility for the death of British soldier Lee Rigby? A British parliamentary report found that Michael Adebowale, one of Rigby's killers, sent a Facebook message in 2012 saying in "graphic terms" he wanted to kill a soldier. Should the US technology firm have stepped in and alerted security services? Could it have even if it wanted to?
