PALMYRA TOWNSHIP — Prosecutors filed two charges of terrorism against accused cop killer Eric Frein. The charges came at a hearing at magisterial district justice’s office in Pike County. Frein participated in the hearing by video conference. Frein is accused of shooting two troopers at the Blooming Grove state police barracks in September, killing Corporal Bryon Dickson and severely wounding Trooper Alex Douglass. Prosecutors also dropped one of two charges of attempted homicide for the shooting of Trooper Douglass.
