As U.S. airstrikes have failed to stop ISIS, 13,000 Kurds in and around the Syrian border city of Kobane are facing a likely massacre. The ISIS terror-machine has surrounded Kobane on three fronts  blocking off any ability for Kurdish forces to receive reinforcements or munitions. The only possible supply line for the Kurds is through Turkey.
