KYIV, October 4 /Ukrinform/. The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMMU) has officially acknowledged that OSCE mission employees in Donetsk region were transporting pro-Russian terrorists in their car and confirmed that this fact is a breach of the organization s internal security regulations, according to a statement posted on the OSCE website.
