Home Depot has announced that their employees will be subjected to what they are calling “Muslim cultural awareness sensitivity training.” The action is in response to a request from CAIR, a terrorist organization that has been indicted multiple times on terrorism-related charges. Recently, the Michigan chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations provided cultural awareness training to employees at a Home Depot in Dearborn. Two regional CAIR employees, Executive Director Dawud Walid and Safe Spaces Coordinator Warda Kalim took the opportunity to discuss customer interactions and Muslim customs.
