TOLEMAIDA MILITARY BASE, Colombia – U.S. Defence Secretary Chuck Hagel praised Colombia’s advances in counterterrorism on Friday and said that the South American country will provide valuable training and peacekeeping assistance around the globe as its internal conflicts wind down.
