Former political strategists for both President Obama and Hillary Clinton believe that Republicans will take back the Senate during the midterm elections. During an Institute of Politics event at the University of Chicago, David Axelrod, the former Senior strategist for President Obama, asked a panel of political experts to raise their hands if they believed that Republicans would take the majority in the Senate in the mid-term elections.
