Members of Canada’s Parliament are expected to return to work Thursday just one day after a gunman shot and killed a Canadian soldier just outside Parliament before later being killed himself. The soldier, Cpl. Nathan Cirillo, was shot early Wednesday while on guard at Ottawa’s War Memorial, which stands just steps from Parliament Hill.
