Halloween, long before it became an excuse to dress as sexy animals or internet memes — prepare yourself for various "ice bucket challenge" costumes this year — was really, really, creepy. The costumes were some combination of bad art, low budget, and taking that "one night a year when the dead walk among the living" idea completely seriously.
