As the British Parliament gets set to vote on whether to join the U.S.-led coalition conducting bombing raids against ISIS in Syria and Iraq, a new video has been released showing the moment a precision-guided bomb hits an oil refinery in Syria. Coalition forces have been targeting oil facilities and stockpiles reportedly captured by ISIS and used to supply the terror organization with financial resources.
