UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) - India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Saturday that he wants to hold bilateral talks with neighboring Pakistan "without a shadow of terrorism," a day after Pakistan's prime minister expressed frustration over stalled talks over Kashmir.
